These were exactly my concerns with switching to SS for CRM. There should be a page where you develop and manage universal templates for invoices, proposals, and contracts outside of creating one directly related to a client/project.
You can "Duplicate" an already existing proposal you've created for any client by accessing their "Project", but this is just clumsy navigation. And the system does not automatically infill any client info like you would expect, so you end up doing a lot of customization for each document.
Not having the ability to download a "printable" version is inexcusable - You could print the email if you CC yourself, but come on... And the signature issue is the nail in the coffin. Buuuut, fix all that, and it would be really dope 🤘
