This review of the English/International version offers insight into the capabilities of this line of fitness watches.
NOTE: For the serious health enthusiasts, here’s a new health band offering unique new biometric measurements of skin humidity, proximity temperature, and the delta, or difference, between actual skin temperature and close proximity wrist temperature. The reason for this appears to be that, by monitoring the spread between your actual skin temperature and the close surrounding air temperature (not the ambient temperature, but the temperature near your body), the band can warn you when you are “too hot” or “too cold” and should take some action to change your body condition. Hi i got this smartwatch 5 weeks ago and finally a GOOD ONE. I went thru 9 diff. Smartwatches and they all ended up in the Garbage .I love the Amazfit Stratos 2.Leaving in 6 Days for Mexico i will give it a swim test in the Ocean. Thanks again you doing a good Job.

Haha, was I calibrating the compass? You know, the first few times I did this I held a watch and actually walked around and around in a figure 8 until I was dizzy. Glad I graduated out of that class before shooting videos.

Yes, this is the jet aircraft of watches. It can even interface with chest straps and things, it appears. Very advanced.
Hey Mr Ticks, have a look at Team Viewer app to remote manage watch from phone. Full touch control and keyboard for typing accounts and passwords.

You ordered yours from gearbest which prompted me to get mine from there but now I’m concerned. How long did it take for you to get yours? Mine arrived in the states 4 days ago according to the tracking but nothings arrived. Just trying to get an idea of how reliable gearbest is. Also, GREAT VIDEO!! 👌🏾

I am using your video to set up my Stratos. Great job BTW. I have an iPhone and have updated versions of the app and on the watch. I followed everything, but I don't have any options for watch faces like you do. Just the single watch face. Any idea where I can find those? I cannot even find watch face on the app.
hey there :) i like both the pace and the stratos but could you please tell me a bit about what are the main differences between the two devices in the fields of running-training plans? how many training profiles are there or can i customize them? as a girl with smaller wrist the stratos can be a bit big? thanks for helping me :)

I really like this watch and of course your videos. The only thing that keeps me from buying this one is the display. I have poor vision and need to be able to adjust the brightness in dark rooms. So I'll probably get the Ticwatch E.

As far as I know they have only supported Chinese and English in this watch. There may be an International version by now, but I haven't been tracking it. Try amazfit.com

Sorry to say the ITOUCH line looks like a flashback to late 2014 or early 2015 watch designs. I didn't know they still made watches with this limited a set of features. I think I'll pass on this one. Thanks for watching though, and get ready for a bunch more goodies!

I like this watch a lot. Price is great! But I am looking for these features in a more rugged outdoor case. More like a Fenix 5. It would be great if it has dual or world time and maybe even a compass. Any suggestions or reviews I could watch?
If you don't need Android apps on your watch, No.1 makes some great outdoors watches with features like compass, temperature, barametric pressure, altitude, etc. Check the Playlist tab and look for More No.1 Watches -- all the reviews of their watches are there.
I think a smart band is a better option than this expensive stuff.

This one's quite fancy with an expensive "always on" screen. It's a 'name brand' unit as well. You can find many of the functions you see here in a regular smart band though, as you pointed out.

They are totally different watches with different features. Think about how you plan to use the watch, and choose one that matches closest to the features important to you.

I love the look on this Stratos, but I love the AMOLED on Verge (lighter, too). Still confused which to get. Any suggestion?
Stratos over Verge. Much better integration with the tethering app. Verge seems a step back for me, especially for the price they are asking.

If it manages to accurately record My bicycle tour tracks up to 15 hours a day, for up to a few months on end (with nightly charges in between, obviously), sync with Strava, MyFitnessPal, Garmin and Apple Health / Android's counterpart, allows Me to export the recorded data in gpx format at will, registers My heart rate as well or better than My Fenix 3HR does, includes a bread crumbs feature, an alarm, support for all manner of high intensity workouts (both in-gym and out-of-it, both stationary and dynamic) and so forth - why not forgo a purchase of Garmin next time and procure this one instead? I will be very tempted to "upgrade" to its most current successor in a few years. If it provides the functionality of the Fenix -series, why would I squander two to three times as much on a device with the same functionality and visually just as appealing?
Besides, I'm morally averse to Garmin for being soulless scumbags who support animal abuse colloquially referred to as "hunt'n". Not that I like the chinese more damn well aware of the hideous atrocities the inbreds perpetrate upon nonhuman animals, but hope not all of them are such despicable vermin...

Hi..how to relpace watch face with our own photo..i tried to replace it by load phote at watch face inside the app..once i choose it it stated u can replace at your watch..but i cant find the photo inside my watch

Yes, they really rely on that reflective screen technology and that you will be using it outdoors in the sunlight. It is pretty dim in a dark environment. Thanks for watching!
Display was a big disappointment, almost unreadable indoors. Colours were poor too, not vivid. Sent mine back

As far as I know, no, it's not connected to Apple health. But I'm not an iPhone user or Apple guy so check other resources. This is just my opinion.

One is Android and can load Android apps, the other is strongly for fitness and can't add any apps. You decide.
Go fo amaze it's an amazing watch, I've had all the Samsung watches and all the Apple watches and both companies could do with having a look at what this does and what the other manufacturers are not including that this has, to put it bluntly you would be silly not to purchase this watch. 😁

I find it pretty good. It doesn't shock you to oblivion (believe it or not I have something coming that does - totally scared to review it though), but it is noticeable.

Ticwatch has Android Wear that allows for more customization but lacks a little in the tracking.
I'd be sold on the stratos if someone actually did a review on the notifications.

TheDanGaza it's come with really nice vubration and shows from Whom, and what platform (mail, viber, wa, fb, you tube notifications) but only u can open SMS and read.
Which is actually perfect with me, because that's really all you nead. If u want more, just pick up phone :) Same with calls, u can see Name if u got him in contact or whole number if u don't. U can silence / or reject them. Which is also cool. But if they made pre-written answers for rejected calls, that would be..... Perfect. Now is 10/10, with that function 11/10... :)

Sorry, I don't remember. It has what I show when I unbox it on video. I try and go through everything in the box. Some of the watches come with the protector already installed.

I can't help it. I've just gotta share that I find screen protectors less than useless. I pull them off all my watches. I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER had a scratch on the glass of a watch. I even did a video of a watch, I think it was the Zeblaze Blitz or one like it, to test the screen by gouging it with the point of a pair of scissors. I was so bummed to see this big ugly scratch. Well, I had to put up another video afterwards to apologize because I had actually gouged the silly plastic screen protector. I pulled it off and worked as hard as I could to scratch the glass, but I just couldn't. Now I didn't drill it or hit it with a hammer, but I treated it way rougher than it would ever see in real life.
Now I say screen protectors are worse than none at all because they often feel sticky to your finger when you slide across the screen, and can even make scrolling and swiping sluggish, making you think the watch is non-responsive. Pull off the screen protector and it's like you have a whole new watch with a zippy processor. So you may be chasing something unnecessary at best and inhibitory at worst. Personal opinion, mind you, but after over 11 million video views I haven't had one person tell me they were glad they had a screen protector on their watch because of an accident that would have hurt the glass screen.

Haha, I don't try and hide my face, well, OK, I do. I'm just shy I guess. Every once in awhile I catch myself looking at myself because of the angle of a watch or phone. It's a real shock with no place to hide.

It only records a GPS track. It doesn't do navigation.

Can we answer a call from the phone?
No, it is not set up for full phone calling support. Look at the Android watches for that, especially the new ones that support Bluetooth Calling, like the THOR PRO.

Good question. I haven't explored that deep on this watch. Check the tethering app for it and see if there's a way to install other apps. I rather doubt it, but I can't say for sure.
SmartWatch Ticks you can install apk apps from huami tool because it has android 5.1.1 but it not recommended because battery issue
this watch doesn't calories while I'm not working out, If I go for a bike ride early in the morning, it gives me 500 burned just for the ride. But when I check my total calories burned at the end of the day is something like 600 calories total, what a disappointment. I have reset to factory settings, review my weigh and height are accurate and I have made sure the the watch it has the continuous heart rate feature on. Does anyone has a similar issue and has being able to resolve it?

Seriously? Why are you testing the watch under direct light when in reality and every day conditions the watch is simply unusable! The brightness is simply turned to zero in dark environments (probably for the known Chinese persistence to battery saving features). The absolute crap!!
