Since its temporary you don't have to wait for it to dry. Color will fade naturally with time.

@@OPAWZ well it's being used on her white paws because they are red, got them to a slight tint of pink after treatment but when I put it on her feet it seems gunky and wet... once it dries it mixed well with her show chalk.
