I like the design, however as a civil engineer I have few suggestions: First of all you could add the laundry machine under the staircase and use that space. Secondly, you can take some space from the balcony and add it up to the bedroom to make it more comfortable. Finally, you could erase the door from the kitchen and extend the kitchen to make it more comfortable to work in.
This what I want exactly to build to the Philippines.. maybe extend your balcony on right side that can be a car port since there's an entrance door. then it's perfect! Okay maybe just a regular CR w/o shower downstairs, then that design CR upstairs by the bedroom with a slab of concrete running across from the bedroom to balcony .. basically where that stairwell window is where the bathroom will be at.

I'm tired of all the tiny houses having no colors but brown, gray, white, and white. I also get tired of yucky plastic dining room chairs. Do you really think I want to plunk down 50k on a place that's onky good enough for tacky plastic chairs, when there are real houses available for the same price?
