I already have an old concrete home it's supposedly a 2story house and some one took the second floor out and the balcony out..and now I'm going to redesign and renovate the house, the roof top is tint roof and an A frame it needed to be replaced and I wanted a flat roof top . I'm looking for a good and affordable design.. I had built this house when my parents were living and it has great memories that is why I'm going to renovate this house. I love this design! Seem everyone else does too. But...I would like an extra bathroom. I don't like sharing. I like to take my Life magazine and sit in there for awhile while reading a few interesting articles. So a full PRIVATE bath on the 2nd floor. I don't like the idea of a bathroom RIGHT in the kitchen. Gross! I love the deck and balcony. Such a cozy home! Thanks :D
Nice. It reminds me of an apartment i used to live in Mandaluyong years back. The inside layout is exactly the same. it would be better if there is an access to the rooftop.

What is that roofing that you used? Won't the rain water get sprayed on in those inner areas getting into the bedrooms? A good design for rows of townhouses for new 👪 families......

Can you follow the request? Scandinavian concept house, house 7mx9m 2 floors 1st floor There is a large fish pond in the middle of the house with natural nuances prayer room and ablution place for guests terrace or open area facing the pool which can be used for workout, part of the living room and separate garage with the family room. The living room area is directly attached to the clean kitchen area and dining table. And there is a toilet. Then in the side area for the dirty kitchen. From the living room area up to the second floor. On the 2nd floor for 1 master bedroom + balcony + en suite bathroom 2 children's rooms. 1 bathroom. Lounge seating / reading area rooftop so you can have BBQ on weekends ☺ and laundry room in the sun. From the front the impact of the house is simple but so impressive on the inside, I want a house that is private, out of the ordinary, but once inside there is a design that makes you amazed😄 Thank you 🙏
Can't visualize where to install aircon unit in the master bedroom? Have in the balcony but can't see inside the room? Can you please tell me the exact location inside the room

Its not a post, its an airway for kitchen extractor, if you own a longer lot you dont need the firewall and no need for airwell.
