Wow, ang ganda. Sana magkaroon ng version na may sariling T&B yung 2 bedrooms sa 2nd floor (with bathtub separate shower yung sa masters bedroom. Tapos may private balcony din both bedrooms sa 2nd floor. Tapos bigger windows and glass railings (stairs and balcony). And sana may access sa living area going outside. This is perfectly fit sa 200sqm (10m x 20m) lot area na meron ako. More minimalist designs to come na budget friendly! Godbless!

Hi architect, in cost estimation do you include the balcony and garage as part of floor area? Is the computation the same with areas/room with walls and roof?

I really like it.. just gotta change some things sa ground floor..but overall I like it
2:42)No experience in any of the building trades.The angled stairs seem to be a block to quick exits.The stairs along the wall seems safer. A coat rack could put in any left space. Unless it can be folded down, the wine bar is a safety hazard. I liked all of the other videos. A few had minor things that I would change, to my taste, or how I would use the house.

A house design for 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house plan? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, deep well (poso) at the right hand side of the backyard, laundry area at the back and a porch/terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage on the left hand side slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge inside our room, small sitting area inside our room, and access with the balcony inside our room. plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B.With a small backyard. Color of the house is white and gray.

Hello po. Parequest po 2 floor nasa labas yung stairs kasi po for 2 families po. Both floors po may kitchen, living & Dining room with 3 bedrooms. Parang condo style po gabern hehe Sana mapansin. Hehe thank you po!
