I’ve seen people use the xL as a duffle. Although I will say you can’t pack it to max and carry it on because it will be extremely heavy to carry around the airport. I would recommend the normal size duffle for carry on and it fits a good amount too
Hey! So someone else confirmed that they were able to get through TSA just fine with the XL. I’ve seen it in the airport as well as a carry on bag so it’s doable. I would just be mindful of how heavy it can get when it’s packed to the max. I personally don’t like carrying heavy bags far on my shoulder so I haven’t personally carried it as a carry on.
I have several pieces, and one of them is the regular weekender, not this XL. I thought that XL would be much too big for a carry-on. But one thing for certain is that as beautiful as they are, that size really needs to have wheels. It is too heavy, once packed, to carry even with a shoulder strap. Their designers should have realized that.
