@@Stellar-Cowboy I guess I can say you don’t know anything about sports if you don’t know that steroids can actually damage your body look at all the bodybuilders today the 20yr olds look like they 30 plus they have black spots on the body which is not healthy at all everything comes with side affects so not really great to use if it was great then doctors would not criticize the use of it.

He doesnt just accelerate.. he maintains his speed. For many sprinters maintaining their top speed throughout the 100 is virtually impossible.. after about 60m you will start to run slower. Probably Bolt doesn't.. when the reaches his top speed he maintains it... thats why we see him pull away countless times in the last 30-20m

Simply being tall doesn’t make someone fast. It’s tiring hearing casual track people say this. Height reduces stride frequency but gives stride length. Stride frequency can help increase speed just as stride length can as well.
But the fastest person will have both ideally and being tall hurts frequency.
Usain Bolt is fast because he has fast frequencies and
Length and power and genetic anomaliesif that wasn’t the case any tall dude should be an Olympic gold medalist in the sprints

Speed is not determined by where your from
It is determined on how healthy you eat
      How hard you trained
How dedicated you are to your dream

I’m gonna say this only one time. Usain Bolt yes he does his training, yes he probably eats right/ trains right. But Usain “ Lightening” Bolt said it out of his mouth himself; “ GOD made me Fast so I can beat everyone. And that’s what I’m gonna do”!
That’s not cocky, not boastful , not proud. Its GOD!
