I hate to sound corny but... Like the song says: "What the World Needs Now is Love, Sweet Love." I don't want to go on a rant, but the collective consciousness of humanity was intentionally traumatized. We all need to love each other. A lot of us are hurting. God bless you.
It’s not loneliness, it’s aloneness he’s talking about. This path is one you have to take alone. This is not based on separation but on individuality. Each of us expresses a unique aspect of the Self. We cannot be clones of each other. We have to be able to stand alone, not depend on approval from or agreement with others. In another sense there are no others. That is the Unity. Through the unity which is the all of all, we realise our freedom to be completely unique and alone. Just wanted to add that neither of them have English as their first language, so the difference between loneliness and aloneness may not obvious to them.
I would say that at least Francis is well aware of the difference between (the temporary feeling of) loneliness and (the permanent state of) a(l) loneness. And from the relative perspective of the separate self the perception / idea of loneliness seems very real. While of course from the absolute perspective it''s of course nothing else than an illusion. As is the idea of being a separate unity cut off from the rest Loneliness being a part of the game that IT loves to play... 👻
I don’t know if extraverts are more prone to loneliness. Where I come from if you do something wrong people stop talking to you. The only problem is I’m running out of ways to offend people.
Root of lonliness ..So beautifully explained❤....what if there is no fear to be alone yet at times there is an urge to be in good quality company , not out of fear...out of ..I don't know what. ...In short...is it normal to feel an absence of something every now and then till the perpetual state of bliss arrives? Does one crave company even after that state?
"There is an urge to be in good quality company , not out of fear...out of ..I don't know what. ..." I'd say the joy of sharing, not coming from lack, but from a desire to celebrate life, and human connection. Francis talked about that urge, and so did Rupert Spira, who says that the guide is to ask yourself on whose behalf does this desire, or urge, arise? From the feeling of being a separate entity, or of being One?
Thank you Francis❤ More and more, I feel a Quiet Pressence that deLights in my Being alone and yet also finds Joy in the company of others All~One but never lonely🙏💖

How profound... Thank you for perspective "when we understand this small thing doesn't have a real existence that is separate." Woke me up.
