History makes for wonderful stories. I fell in love with France as a child. Now a senior, France still holds a fascination. Your narration is excellent! Thank you!
I had no idea that St Helena was such an unhealthy place to live in. It sounds like the British were bent on maximum humiliation. Of course, considering how much chaos and mayhem Napoleon and his armies had caused in Europe plus his refusal to stay put on Elba I can understand why they chose a very difficult to reach island in the southern part of the Atlantic Ocean to spend the rest of his life.
I had so much fun doing it! There is just so much information and primary sources available for Napoleon it is fascinating to read both about what he said himself and what others said about him. So glad you enjoyed friend!
@@EvelynEdwards No, it was just a one-off trip. It was somewhere I'd always wanted to go. Beautiful place; incredibly interesting. I visited Napoleon's pavilion at the Briars, Longwood House and the valley where his former tomb is located. Very moving.
@EvelynEdwards I watch many videos on UA-cam, and your videos are as good as any other. You have an amazing voice, and you narrate at an extremely high level. I wish you the best, and I will promote you to the best of my abilities. Keep up the great work! 👍😊
4K- don’t forget to change your RESOLUTION SETTINGS! Head to the SETTINGS WHEEL on the right and put it at the highest resolution possible. 💚🏰

I visited St Helena last year. The Napoleonic history was fascinating.
Did you! Amazing! What made in want to go there? Or was it part of a bigger trip?

In current time, i saw your "mimi" movie
No glory in his exile. There were some personality clashes by the sounds of it.
Big time! Those two men’s egos did NOT like each other!
