I love how you make these workout videos based on NBA players' bags, I can really see their game in the drills. From the ones I've watched this seems like the most accessible, since it's less dribble-intensive and my handles aren't there yet. I'm determined to give them all a try tho. I definitely appreciate those words and the support man! 💪🏾 To answer your question I would definitely say try one at least twice and then try the others the same way. It allows the movements to really sink in and get comfortable doing them.
I wasn’t a very good player for a big chunk of my life, so I would say I was pretty limited at a lot. I didn’t start to really hit my stride as a player until my junior year of college. I’ve just continued to work on things skill wise to improve my overall game.
