- Shows how to get into the Black Sapphire and reach the roof of the building. From the lobby you can take the elevator to the top floor until the mission ‘Know My Name’ starts. There are some interesting ways down from there.

How does the Myers' AV crash site look before the crash?
Looks the same as when you go there the first time. Not too difficult to get to so I could make a short video on how to do it if there is interest.

No mods, just space out the double jumps with air dashes in between
Elevator doesn't work if you've completed dlc . Also can't spawn a vehicle in the building .
Should still be able to spawn one where I got the bike and can drive off the platform in the other direction to get out. But without the elevator working probably not worth the effort.
@feedtehcat I'll try again but I've already got to the top of the building using part of the wall and construction equipment . The building is solid at the bottom, fake in the middle and solid at the top .
So the elevator works once you get in the building?
Yes, it appears to be active until you get to that mission in the game. That probably means you can't do this after completing the DLC but I haven't tried all the possibilities.
Correct@@feedtehcat - the elevator doesn't work after you first visit Black Sapphire and all the way afterwards.

I doubt because buying the DLC loads the necessary content (not sure though).
That is correct, the assets needed to do this are part of the DLC. You'll more than likely just fall through the map without it.
No, the assets aren't there without owning it. Before I owned it I tried going to the Langley location and it was just blank land, I imagine Dogtown would be similar, just the outer wall structures in place.
