This code was originally printed on the physical copies of Cyberpunk 2077's game box. i have steam version so I found it from steam community.

wait, wasn't the code on a shard? Not even sure I recall where I picked it up, but vaguely recall reading a shard about a storage spot in Kabuki that had a code.
