    As a former fast food worker I am always impressed by videos like these. The care, dedication and overall cleanliness is amazing. It’s a far cry from the burger joint I used to slave for. Seems like America could stand to learn some things about food prep and sanitation from other countries.

      Exactly what i was thinking! However this habit and cleanliness in every japan, korean or singaporean restaurant will most likely not be brought across to places like the US or Australia

    Honestly, I can't hide my surprise from the many dishes that shine! The work is polite, and above all, the amount of work is overwhelming! The finish of the egg is also beautiful! The only thing I'm curious about is the temperature of the rice that has been molded and served in advance.

    This might be a dumb question to ask, but I really wanna try these and am gunshy about it at the moment. Usually when people cut those open, the egg inside is still usually a little runny in a way. I've always been taught to cook omelets and things like that past that point. Is there any risk to a soft cooked omelet or does it reach the temps necessary to kill off any potential baddies eggs can carry?

      The chance of getting salmonella from eating undercooked/raw egg is EXTREMELY low in countries like Japan or Korea, almost nonexistent. They are very strict with inspecting and cleaning eggs. Mixing a raw egg with hot rice is a very common meal in Japan. I'm not sure where you live, but I live in the US. The risk is higher yes, but it's still pretty low. I have eaten raw eggs or undercooked eggs all my life and I've been fine so far. It's a risk you take, just like eating rare steak. Whether or not you think it's worth it is up to you.
      Also I see no difference in eating an egg with a runny yolk like over easy or sunny side up and these omelettes being wet inside. If you've eaten eggs over easy or sunny side up you'll be fine eating omelettes like this.

      @@realpoetics Thank you so much! I too live in the US, and know things are a bit different between countries with certain things like eggs and milk, but I didn't realize or think of it that way. I've had em over easy for years, so good point. Love the name, btw

    I have to tell you that when you showed the yellow and red bell peppers, you called them paprika and is incorrect. Paprika is a spice, those were vegetables (bell peppers).

    아주 음식을 기름으로 샤워를 시키는구만 ㅋㅋ 오믈렛 계란이 계란반 기름반이네 기름을 많이 넣어서 계란 안쪽을 촉촉하게 만드는거 같은데 계란 배 가를때 흘러내려오는거 다 기름임. 음식이 죄다 기름 범벅이넹 칼로리 폭탄 먹고 싶으면 저기가서 드시면 될듯.
