Another well scripted, properly presented tutorial that makes the point clearly and succinctly. Very attractive model with loads of personality, although she has difficulty looking evil (which is not a bad thing...) Point is, the model works well with the photographer to convey the point of the tutorial, matching her expression to narrative, effectively demonstrating each point. Thanks . JT

Great overview, though it doesn't solve the question I've been seeking an answer to... Could you do a video specifically on gels and why they still matter in this day and age where you can use layer blending modes in GIMP or Photoshop (or whatever digital retouching tool) to change the colors? I have a hard time grasping why I couldn't just shoot everything with uniform lighting/temperatures and then change the colors of certain areas in post. Very few (if any) people touch upon this subject.

    Good content on lighting!
Just a couple of comments (only because I liked this video):
1:18 You are talking to us (the audience) while looking at a different direction! At a different camera! It snaps the communication!
Also, when you switch between cameras, it needs to be meaningful with certain purpose, otherwise it becomes distracting! When you are talking, it is already quite entertaining, attention-grabbing, so no need of switching between cameras when you are just talking!
