This was the last real Porsche, the real Porsche is an air cooled engine type, I am a Porsche factory certified technician and a fanatic of these machines, I enjoyed working on this last air cooled engine besides the older models, where the dealer would pay 8.5 hours labor for a full service ( on the 956 and older models than the 993), since the valve rocker system was manually adjusted and non hydraulic, one full service it would pay for the entire day of labor on the older models.
