I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

Great detailed workout plan - if we do triceps on one day and biceps on the other, will that allow our triceps to heel and recover because both coming from same muscle group, it will be difficult to do biceps with that much power and intensity…specially between Group 1 and Group 2 body part workout split 👍
Thanks, Brother. Excellent question. The biceps and triceps both are located in the upper arm, however, they are situated in different areas. Because they belong to different muscle groups, one posterior and one anterior, you can perform biceps after triceps day or vice versa with the same intensity without impacting recovery. Well i use resistance bands and weights but 50kg bench press with weights is a lot different from resistance bands . For me resistance band exrcises need to be 12 + reps and paused at the movement for good muscle contractions. Take resistance band for which you can do min 15 rep and add more bands .( I started with 75 Pounds to 100 pounds for 15 reps )

You can customize the way you like as far as you are training each muscle group at least twice a week and taking enough rest to recover from your workout. Like you said, you can workout 5 days and keep Sat-Sun rest. 👍

Yes, if you workout and diet is spot on then you should see the results. Follow this for 10-12 weeks and then change if you want to. I usually change my workouts after 6-8 weeks.

Hi, Nahi aise baat nahi hai. Main problem hai recovery ki or over training ki. Beginners take more time to recover than an experienced person. Being a beginner If you train same muscle group more often in a week then it gets over trained and impacts the growth. That's the only reason beginner should take proper rest before the next session.
Hi Raju, you can do workout whenever you get time. There is not much difference if you are consistent with your routine. I usally don't recommend working out empty stomach as you won't get enough energy during the workout hence your performance may get impacted. Eat combination of Protein and Complex carbs at least 1-2 hour before the workout for better performance and recovery.

Hello, Good question, actually I tried to keep the workouts more specific in these plans because its more intense in terms of volume and weights. But if you want you can replace some of these workouts with other workouts in the next session. Example: Monday on Chest- Triceps day if you are doing Chest press & Push downs then Friday you can replace it with Chest flys and Triceps extensions.. Similarly for other muscle groups as well. I hope you got my point.

Hi, I am following the full body resistance band workout routine for 6 weeks now and I have good results. Only biceps and shoulders stay behind they are week, but especially the chest I have good results! In the fullbody workout routine you told to this plan for 8-10/12 weeks but now you tell 4-6 weeks. Now I am confused and do not know what to do ???
Hello M S, its always better to keep changing the workout routine and workouts too for better results. You can follow PPL for 4-6 weeks or even more and then switch to any other workout routine like Body Split or Upper body lower body for optimum results.

Not only the resistance bands rather a brick can also help you to build muscle if you are focusing on 2 things one is mind muscle connection and another one is Intensity ( most important)
Hi, there is no specific workout for that.. your body fat percentage needs to be really low ( in single digits) to make it visible and that too depends on your genetics and abs anatomy as it varies person to person

Yes, you can follow this after beginners workout plan. The only reason for not including chest flys is to keep it concise. If you want you can include it when you do the push workouts in next session of that week.

Hi, I am following the full body resistance band workout routine for 6 weeks now and I have good results. Only biceps and shoulders stay behind they are week, but especially the chest I have good results! In the fullbody workout routine you told to this plan for 8-10/12 weeks but now you tell 4-6 weeks. Hello M S, its always better to keep changing the workout routine and workouts too for better results. You can follow PPL for 4-6 weeks or even more and then switch to any other workout routine like Body Split or Upper body lower body for optimum results.

Hi, there is no specific workout for that.. your body fat percentage needs to be really low ( in single digits) to make it visible and that too depends on your genetics and abs anatomy as it varies person to person

Yes, you can follow this after beginners workout plan. The only reason for not including chest flys is to keep it concise. If you want you can include it when you do the push workouts in next session of that week.
