@@dcflake5645 The game was fine, but my goodness at the time licensed games were never even close so it felt like a miracle. Then because it vanished the nostalgia really boosted people’s love. But it’s essentially a fairly standard side scrolling beat em up.
@@turokforever007 back in a time where they were made as cheap as possible. Seriously, new records now are made with collectors in mind and they have wayyyy higher quality than the old ones it's insane the difference, even with the same album.

I can confirm that the clamshell case shown here is bigger than the standard Mega Drive/Genesis case. And I know that because I got the Switch version. Not the £300 version, just the £70 clamshell case one, but yeah.
In all honesty, the production process for coloured vinyl isn't different from creating classic black vinyl. The base material (PVC) is transparent/translucent and is only coloured black because of carbon being added to the mixture. Also, no inner sleeve and another used incorrectly? Oof...
It's one of those points where you have somewhat of a grasp to how MUCH someone liked something that ...to you... were just an okay game/movie. Also: The level of energy Ashens shows in this video is incredibly releatable...

I still find the interest fascinating, just like people with "weird" hobbies. I might not enjoy them, but i find their interest fascinating.

I got my Scott Pilgrim vs. the World from Limited Run way closer to the beginning of the year but, "The Game K.O. Edition" for Switch!! I LOVED IT SO MUCH, I wish I could afford the collector's one when I ordered it but I'm still happy with what I got, even though it was delayed so much! I would have loved the badge set and T-Shirts (and vinyl records), but I couldn't justify buying them at the time. This video was super fun to watch!
That Scott Pilgrim game is one of the best beat em ups I ever played, I was so thrilled when LRG came out with the collector's edition! Unfortunately I Was unemployed at the time, lol, and could only afford the regular edition, I would have so gotten this otherwise.
I remember watching Scott Pilgrim vs The World back in like, high school. :V It was pretty good. And like, one of the rare times we actually had a movie that took place in Canada (and Toronto of all places, which is near where I live). :V

Only went with the Classic Edition myself, cause the map, CD and Mega Drive style case were must haves for me and the rest was kinda whatever, but man I really want that Behind the Pixels book!

That was actually pretty impressive a set. I have no ider what the game is like, I fell asleep trying to watch the movie on TV.
The game is brilliant, we played it for hours on end at uni, we still play it together in switch now instead.
