I love everything about this townhouse. It's staged beautifully, even the kitchen counter tops look nice. I love how wide the basement staircase is. That master shower is everything! The appliances are nice as well.. There's nothing like a brand new house! Thanks Max! 🤝🏾

Yes ! We would love to have in VA ! It is affordable in Central Virginia and the area has plenty to offer ! Some of my buyers get into their homes with less than $1,000 at closing !

@@rosiehill4096, yeah but even the adult bedroom is small. I live in an apartment and my bedroom is more spacious than the adult bedroom in this townhome. It was not spacious at all, and for this price there's no granite? The bathrooms are pretty small as well.🤷🏾♀️

LOL, I must save some details for 1 on 1 conversations. The square footage actually varies on these. There are a few floorplans to choose from. One floorplan bumps out the master an additional 4' on the back and provides for a larger master bath for an additional $10K

@@danacharisse3005 Yeah corny old Whitewood 😩 Agent tried to push that area to me & I research too much to just move & don't check the area. Whitewood has NO amenities whatsoever. Ryan homes can be a bit weird. I'm currently checking out Lennar which is down the block, round the corner in Maryland or as some would say a stones throw from Delaware. Good luck searching & stay encouraged 🥰

I wish I had the power to do so. However we do have some $5,000 grants available to many first time buyers that qualify, regardless of career field.
