Definitely the type of style I like, although I am a minimalist, plus doesn't even blow like a light wind near our price range, for clarity we couldn't even begin to think we could afford something like this 😅, but, it is truly beautiful!!! Yes, the loft area is pretty cool it reminds me of how a basement would be set up Thank you; what a treat. 🤲🏾🙏🏽🤲🏾😊
That’s an awesome laundry/mud room!!!!! The floor plan is very nice-I would only make a few relatively inexpensive changes to make it fit my criteria 😉 and the kitchen appliances are wonderful as well as the apron sink! I don’t know how old this video is but I’m sure it went fast! I’ve saved it to watch again (and again).
Beautiful floor plan, very interesting. I've noticed that a lot of these new builders are sticking with a design for the area where they build because they could have really knocked this out the park. That dining room rug could have been the designed tile in the wood to really put a more custom look to it. I'm sure they can do lots of things as long as you can afford it. Thx for the tour.

I was expecting the 2 double ( 2 sets ) stacked front load washer and dryer at this price point. That's on trend for 2021. The transcom window in the bathroom is a distinctive addition.. You never disappoint. Peace health and blessings from Atlanta.

It is a very nice house. However, the woodland surrounding it concerns me. I think of Lyme disease from the ticks that are on the bushes, of deer coming out of those woods at night to eat the landscaping plants and the woods providing a perfect hiding spot for burglars to watch the house and choose the best time to break in. I would definitely want a tall wall around the perimeter of the backyard and side yards to keep unwanted creatures from coming out of the woods at night and getting onto the property. Imagine finding a snake swimming in your backyard swimming pool. No thank you.
If you purchase this home, or one like it, I will personally pay to have plants installed that deer don't like to eat. Fortunately, lions, tigers and bears have not been spotted in this part of Goochland. I will also make sure you have a state of the art alarm system and adequate lighting around the entire home is in place to discourage burglars from hiding in the woods. This home does not have a pool but we could have a salt water pool installed and snakes don't like salt. Let me know when you are ready to sign the contract ! THANKS
