I went down this road, it worked for about 2 months then the leak came back stronger. I tried fix a leak again to no avail. Ultimately I decided to jump in and fix it the correct way. Took me a few weeks to isolate the l leak, open the tub and get through the insolation, but doing it the correct way fixed it for good. Usually tubs leak from the jets and need new o-ring and/or sealant.

What was your process like? 16 oz once and ran the jets for 24 hours?

I followed the instructions, but basically I put a full 16oz bottle in, ran the jets for about a full 24hrs. My hot tub's jets would turn off after about an hour or two so I'd have to keep turning them back on (every few hours). At night the jets probably didn't run for about 4-5 hours (as I set them right before I went to bed and turned them on when I got up). After doing the process I drained the tub, let it dry out for a few days then filled. It did work for a few months but then the leak came back. I Iultimately decided to slowly drain my tub below each set of jets and wait a day to see if the leak continued. It took about a week but I found the set of jets where the leak seemed to be coming from. I opened that wall of the tub and tore through foam until I found it. It was a seal between two pipes. I was able to fix it, and re-foamed what I tore out. It's been about 3 months and the area around my tub is as dry as a bone. @@touro106

In your description, you say to add 8oz per 500 gallons, but you added 32 ounces to far less than 500 gallons. How has your hot tub held up since then? Are there any blockages?

This works for micro leaks/cracks only and I found it only to work for a couple months and then you gotta do over again

How long did you let the jets run after you added the fix a leak? Just for a cycle or overnight?

Instructions say to drain the tub once it’s not leaking so the material can cure for a few days. Did you do that?

Does not work. I litterlay had a pinhole leak around a jet and I used a 32oz bottle. Followed directions exactly and even let it dry over 5 days in 90 degree heat. If it can't fixed a tiny leak, I don't think it would fix anything. Save your money for the proper way to fix. Believe me, I wanted this to work as the jet I have to replace is in the worst possible location.
