A-Block (1:44) SPECIAL COMMENT: The 'Presidential Immunity' case beginning today at the Supreme Court?
Trump's already won.
Because while most of the coverage is binary (the Court will never invent something as anti-democracy as 'presidential immunity'/the Court will grant Trump presidential immunity) the real point here is that the delay already created by the Supreme Court's conspiracy to keep Trump from facing justice and to fix the election so he can seize power, has already guaranteed the jury can't possibly get the case before the election. The point from here on in is to extend that delay and the way to do that is to send the case BACK to Judge Chutkan with some lame ass "review" to see if there are parts of Jack Smith's indictments Trump might be immune from.

Plus: the Arizona Fake Elector Indictments are in. Trump is an unindicted co-conspirator and Giuliani and Christina Bobb are among EIGHTEEN just plain indicted. And as I always say, democracy survives not because of our efforts to preserve it, but by the stupidity of those who would destroy it. Fox nimrod Jesse Watters has found his analogy for Trump prevailing no matter how his enemies try to lay him low: Trump is King Kong. "And what happens with King Kong? You remember! So he's going to bust out of this cage eventually."

The Supreme Court was a great concept, but has outlived its ability to rule independent of political party. 😢
Was it really a great concept? Being selected by the president was already a flawed decision from the beginning.
The Supreme Court has consistently ruled in favor of the existing power structure ( white men being both rich and corporate heads)with extremely few exceptions. Brown vs. Board of Education as one example.

The most practical solution is probably to expand the Supreme Court to, say, 15 justices. Which wouldn’t require a Constitutional Amendment. Something like, a 10-year single term limit would also be good, but that would require an Amendment. What must not happen is that the nation is saddled with this corrupt, bought-off, illegitimately created, precedent breaking, arrogantly isolated Republican Court for the next several decades.
So i guess we'll have to vote for Joe to save the country.

The Corrupt Court under Roberts should be the last straw before the political branches break Marbury v Madison, the usurped power of the Supreme Court to play legislature and executive which was never written in the Constitution. Marshall overturned a law written by his predecessor as Chief Justice, an actual Framer of the Constitution, voted for by a series of other Framers of the Constitution in the First Congress, including Madison. Short of that the Congress and Executive could impose immediate term limits on the Court by rewriting the Judiciary Organization Act that stupidly put them on that court till they stop breathing. Remove the three longest serving immediately and impose a term limit on the rest of them with a lifetime ban on profiting at all from any decision they had a hand in while they were on the court.
The Appeals Court ruling was so well sourced and well reasoned and well written that the Roberts Court agreeing to take up the case was already a win for The Traitor.

My favorite security over reach story, occurred when I was frisked while visiting the Liberty Bell, in the city of brotherly love. While in Philly for a wedding, my wife and I and two young sons aged 7 and 5, choose to visit the Liberty Bell. We entered the nearly empty hall, to come upon the two young women
manning the security table. Leaning over their table, flirting with them was a young armed and uniformed security guard. He stepped back as I and my sons were cleared to enter by the security table. My wife carrying the bag containing my younger son's Epipen and inhaler was forced to empty the bag for the two women to examine. My youngest tried to run back to his mom, I said "stay with me, they are looking through Mommy's Bag". I must have rolled my eyes, which the armed guard must have taken offense too. He approached me, made me put down my son, and raise my hands, spread eagle, while he frisked me as me sons watched. Satisfied at humiliating me, he walked away. My wife collected her things. We walked towards the Liberty Bell, just as a tour group, all with bags, breezed past security. I feel for Elaine Boozler. I tend to stay away from events requiring me to be subject to security indescretions now. I value my dignity more.

It's like the "Tweenkie Defense." Dan White killed San Francisco's Mayor Mosconi & Harvey Milk because he'd eaten too many Tweenkies that morning, prior to assassinating them, and was operating under "diminished capacity." Thus rendering White unable to behave rationally. Even the Defense Attorney who proffered and invented the defense didn't think the jurors would fall for the clap-trap (he said as much in an interview).

Trump's can be quickly added in Arizona in a superseding indictment once they offer a few of the criminals a better deal.
