This location is huge, with plenty of space for lighting equipment, stands, bounce & diffusion panels, but you keep saying, "small space." I think you mean, "smaller than a sound stage." But this space is still quite larger than a standard house or apartment that is normal for many projects, including indie films. Perhaps you should do another video on really tight spaces. I wish this video covered the how and why of book lighting, including the aiming of the light & positioning of the bounce/diffusion rig and why might one black-out the ceiling. Understanding light and how to use it is critical in choosing a lighting setup.
