Bee Gees 60s, 70s, 80s. 90s 2000s. Doesn't matter the decade or their style, they were the best. There are videos available with each one singing lead.

"Kiss of Life" has a really fun video, might be my favorite Bee Gees video.

Yes, the Kiss of Life video focuses on all of them…mostly Robin because he leads the song.
I don’t think it’s favoritism of Barry. I just think the videos focus on the leader mostly…and the videos you’ve done mostly have Barry leading. Of course I don’t mind since Barry is my favorite 🤣🤣🤣.

I love the shots where you see all three brothers at once. This is a great song. Great reaction. You would enjoy Living Eyes and Nights on Broadway (1975 midnight special). ❤❤❤ both are live performances

There is a video for "For Whom The Bell Tolls" that is not the normal one people react to, it is for a fund raiser and at the begining they blow up the Heebeegeebies (which was a parady band), then go into a live performance. The other videos for this song are great, but I always like the blow up one just cause it shows some of their personality/humor.

The fundraiser was called Children in need. There are also 3 funniest moments videos of the Bee Gees.

The dominant songwriter for each song generally sang lead on it….

This is a great post-fever song. I think it would have been a bigger hit in US had so many not held their success against them. "Alone" is another that has a similar feel, but I think I might like it even better. Not sure if there is a good video on "Alone" or not, might be.

I agree the camera tends to stop on, Barry, too long. Even when he lead he was never the whole story.

You were right - spelled Maurice but pronounced Morris

Another comment here said Robin had no confidence in his voice. Quite the opposite. He quit the band for 18 months in 1969 because he felt he wasn't getting enough credit for composing or for singing. Their first #1 UK hit (and a few other early hits) were sung by Robin. They also said they frequently picked the lead singer according to the voice that suited it best. Mo said very often Barry and Robin sang simultaneously but although they had very different voices their familial tone blended to sound like one voice. Vocally they complimented each other and their harmonies were unsurpassed. They always emphasised that they were a team as far as songwriting and bounced off each other almost telepathically.

I can't understand the weird comments about Barry being the focus! It is always the ONE who sings the song or part of the song that can be seen in close-up. When Robin sings a song, a part of a song (Massachussetts, for whom the bell tolls, bodyguard....) HE can be seen big, Maurice in Closer than close, Man in the middle, Celine Dion by Immortality... That is but NORMAL and like that for ALL bands. You can also see Brian May, Slash... and not Freddy or Axl in guitar solos!!! Barry often turns AWAY from the stage when his brothers sing alone. The fact that HE is usually shown is because HE sings LEAD most often and if you ask why, it's because the person who had the idea for it always sings the song or the part and often enough the person who didn't WANT to sing the lead part! !!
“We brought in all the songs; Whoever brings in the idea sings the song.”Gibb: The same themes as always: "I don't want to sing the song, you sing it!" - “But I don’t want to.” - “But you have to!” - "No I do not have to." Sometimes Robin was angry, sometimes Maurice and sometimes me. Robin, for example, had no confidence in his voice. He actually never wanted to sing, but he had a wonderful voice. So I always pestered him: Rob, please sing this song! But as the years went by he became more and more stubborn and discouraged and became increasingly withdrawn. When I wrote something, it also fit my voice better, which didn't make it any easier for my brothers. We actually had the rule: whoever had the idea for a song sang it. It was similar with Lennon and McCartney. I came into the studio with Stayin’ Alive, so I sang it.

im a weird reactor thats why i leave a disclaimer in all of my descriptions. I didnt grow up listening to music of any kind I dont have a clue whats normal or not for bands or musicians in general. I am not going to be the standard reactor that knows show to break down a song I primarily care about visuals in a video. I'm here due to requests from you guys not because I'll ever be a good music reactor.

@@Jeff2Squared Well, for me it's just simple logical thinking, it doesn't just apply to music, but EVERYWHERE, including in films, dance, shows, sports,... and especially visual people should actually know that!?
