      Thanks Bryan. It works really well.
      Just add more plates to make it Easier or decrease the number of plates to make it more Difficult!

    Warm up 5 minutes on stationary bike or elliptical.
    Seated Row 10 reps
    1 legged squat with 1 arm row 10 reps
    30 second rest
    Repeat 2 more times
    Squat with overhead press 10 reps
    Assisted Pullups 10 reps
    30 second rest
    Repeat 2 more times
    Cable Push/Pull 5 reps per side
    Core row(aka plank row) 5 reps per arm
    30 second rest
    Repeat 2 more times
    Cool down minutes on stationary bike or elliptical.
    40 minute completion - full body - cardio -works every muscle in the body.

    Great video! Really well done. You gave me a couple of new ideas. I like the plank one arm row too. As long as there's no one around to trip over me, I'll give it a try. That machine is situated in an area where lots of people pass through. haha
