Putins requrment for peace negotiations are 1 Ukraine to withdraw from Kerson, Luhanansk, Donbas and Zapporizia. 2 NATO withdraw from Eastern Europe and the Baltics (this weeks speech he demanded that) 3 That Ukraine be weakly armed 4 That the Government in Kyiv be changed to a pro Russian one (he calls this denazification) 5 That Ukraine never be in NATO.

When you allow all these men to leave Russia, then where are these people who will rise up against their government?! It has always seemed to me to be insanity that we would allow any Russian people who don't like what's happening or don't want to fight, to find refuge. How many millions have escaped now that could have added mass to the opposition?

The air superiority battle, which is more an artillery contest, could be used by Ukraine. Instead of shelling tree lines, they might plant explosives in prime locations the Russians want, then could retreat and blow that line after the enemy reinforces it's position. Keeping the Russians busy while nibbling at the reinforcement and protecting the Ukrainian forces.

I strongly disagree. Chapman is chiefly responsible for transforming the UK military into a hollow force. It will be a surprise to no one inside defence that a senior US general has told Ben Wallace, the defence secretary, that the British Army is no longer regarded as a tier one force and is barely tier two, alongside the likes of Germany, Italy and Belgium.
