I'm new and want to change my table from a golden oak to black and my chairs have fabric on the back rest as well as cushion so this is a great help

No ma'am, I don't. But I do have a blog over how we did our other dining room chairs. We ended up leaving the original fabric on and putting the new fabric on top with adhesive spray. You can check it out here: traceysfancy.com/how-to-reupholster-dining-room-chair/
