I haven't been to KH, but I would have to say the Dutch Wallet is the most sketch entrance I have ever seen to any inbounds run... unless you talk about the airial entrance into S&S couloir at Jackson.
That was sick. Me and my buddys would call that “insano liquid draino” because “its going down for real”. Great vid u remind me of my Mt brother who has to to ski the gnarliest line on the Mt and drag my shaky leg ass with him. Always a good time conquering sick terrain.
You should do a visit to sunpeaks. I know it's not a super cliffy mountain but it's my home mountain and people don't realise there is some pretty great stuff if you know where to look. I'd love to see someone ski mount tod and Skunk peak up top there.
When did you ski KH? I was there March 2-9 and the snow conditions were definitely tougher than what it looks like you had. You even had some fresh tracks near the end!
And you got some soft cement for your hardwork. From 30 yrs ago, reminds me of a worse sheer ice strip for 100 steep yards we had to pass to get to the main chute (Whisler, B.C.). I remember breathing in the fresh brisk air before pushing over the edge as if it was my last (breath). After that, the snow was crap too. But here I am sitting on my Lazyboy on a Sunday w/ my coffee enjoying your vid!

@GO GET OUTDOORS I don't really want to bust on these guys, since it seems like they were having fun and are competent skiers, but if you have enough hubris to post a video of a self-proclaimed "sketchiest" entrance, you better make sure it is truly impressive, and this didn't seem like it required anything more than a bunch of traversing and side slipping...pretty basic stuff!
John S An entrance like this is less about the technical difficulty and more about not fucking up, because a mistake is seriously costly. I’ve had worse technical entrances, but the consequences were far less severe.
My familys going to kicking horse for my 16th birthday here in december. What would you personally say are the easiest slopes? These are all pretty sketchy especially for me snowboarding just for 3 years now.
@@gogetoutdoors5663 I realize cameras don't, for the most part, do steep terrain justice. However, from what I saw it didn't appear too terribly terrifying. On the other hand, walking on the Huashan trail in China or driving in Bangladesh to me defines sketch.
Whistler has LOTS everthing no matter what skill level you are. From first time on skis (or Board) to doing back flips in to one of the many couloirs. There is a reason the lift ticket cost around $175CDN...
Yes Whistler has everything for everybody and is worth the money to ski there. That being said I skied there over 2500 days between 1973 and 2018 and it has become a victim of its own success with overcrowding on the runs and getting up the mountain in the morning. I now ski KH and Revy and thoroughly enjoy not having to dodge crowds of people.
Kyle Keeler It was a great run with a big adventure to ski it. It’s not always about skiing the easiest to get at with the best conditions. No challenge equals no fun
Awesome video gent’s. but have you done Exhilaration Hawaii 5-0 and the coffin at whistler mountain. Those are pretty sketch but this looks awesome as well.

Sunpeaks is fun but yeah there are no true double diamonds there like say Whistler has.

There is not many easy runs there, I think if you get off the gondola and go to the right is the easiest route.

The run is ok, but half the day is gone getting to the place, all for just 5 minutes of skiing.
masmainster half the day? 20 min hike and it’s an adventure. Quality is better the quantity and day
