The photograph at 1:44 is my absolute favourite. There is beautiful symmetry to the image, the colour grading (seaside) is so pleasing and the model's expression is perfect with just the slightest hint of a smile. Very beautiful.
Awesome stuff as always. I just got a 16mm for cheap and would use it with my old and trusted a6000. I would love to explore it's portrait capabilities. And this video just inspired me even more.
hi stuart. your style is very similar to my own and io love the look of your presets. i know you do presets for lightroom but can you provide them for capture one.?
Cool and informative video. I have the same setup, excluding the 16mm which I find a little too wide for my style. I assume your model is your daughter or other relative, and I think it would be a nice courtesy to her modelling abilities to at least acknowledge her by introducing her. Keep it up!
@@StuartRodwell Yes, that would be fair, plus if she has social media links, UA-cam/Instagram, it's common practice to link those as well to give the model some exposure. Keep it up!
Hello Stuart ! I continue to appreciate and admire your creativity and innovativeness ! I just have one question, where did you get your background ? I have been relying on cheap construction paper but I want to have something proper. Thank you in advance !
Thanks so much for watching Yoel. I got the paper from this company: www.photography-backgrounds.co.uk/vmchk/Photography-Background-Papers/Car-friendly-2.08-x-11-metres.html
Hi Stuart, First of all great video, your channel has inspired me to really get into photography and I love your narrating style, suits the film quite well! I had a question, regarding your Presets/LUTS, can these LUTS also be used in other editing software like video software eg Davinci Resolve 17. Im currently using Lightroom and Davinci Resolve. I dig your color schemes and i'd be happy to support you for your amazing work.
Hey Mikey, thanks so much for the positive feedback - much appreciated 👍🏻 To answer your question, yes, as far as I’m aware Luts are pretty global and should work in the majority of editing programmes. If for whatever reason it doesn’t though, just let me know and I’ll refund your money. Thanks again for the support 🙏🏻
Hey man - thanks so much for the support. I use a Mac too 🤙🏻 - instructions on how to install are at the end of this vid: ua-cam.com/video/zZP0snCRcOM/v-deo.html
Please answer my question : I like portrait and street photography which lens I should get sigma 30 or 56mm ? to use on my sony apsc.. am confused .. plz suggest ?
I've just recently bought the 30 for my Sony A6000, I think this should be more versatile than the 56, as on APS-C sensor, the 30 mm turns into a 45 mm equivalent.
i really love your style of photography. . You inspired me a lot. actually, i decided to buy a6600 + 56mm 1.4 for my first set gear . . and may i ask, do you have other social media account?

@@StuartRodwell Thanks mate, just purchased them! Keep doing the good work and love from Australia
Where did you find this mysterious Sigma 15mm?
🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ good spot
@@StuartRodwell All good mate gonna pick up the Lut bundle 😎
Thanks so much for the support 🙏🏻
Do you need the lighting system to get the same results?
I reckon any cheap Speedlight or continuous light coupled with some kind of diffusion would still give you decent results 👍🏻
hey mate I purchased your presets but not being able to import it in my lrc. can you please help me with that.(ps:i use a Mac)

@@nachiketpargaonkar8646 Thanks for reply. I finally bought 30 and 16mm and guess what i use 16mm more than 30m. But i will also buy the 56 soon..
@@zaidvoyage4277 That's great! I've found the 30 to be quite good although I'm yet to explore it properly
which presets are you using?
