Another static balancing exercise

  • This particular exercise strengthens your ability to balance on a bike using your legs as outriggers. The key is not to move the front wheel and keep the bike still, while keeping the balance. An extra bonus - roll back a bit and then ride away.

    In spite of being short, this is probably one of the best vids showing how this technique can be practiced easily. Riding into the well-defined rigid wood beam means no assistant required and retries will be consistent.
    This video shows a very thoughtful learning tip. 👏

    Does it feel the same with dirt bike motorcycle when doing static balancing?

      The feeling is the same, but the center of mass is a lot higher on a dirt bike. But once you master a trials bike, you should have no problem doing the same thing with a dirt bike. I hope this helps, bud.

    try balancing without resting your front wheel on somthing because you will hardly use this technique in sections
