- Gracias a Motocenter Madrid y a @wildround5715 por prestarnos su espacio para la instalacion de estas defensas que ya las habia probado antes y con mucho gusto las he vuelto a poner, sin duda, las ideales para la TRK sin pasarse del peso en la balanza.

hey, have you tested these crash bars in a fall? I wonder if they bend as the stock.
Ooohh yes... a good fall over rocks in both sides, in a downhill I touched a small rock and I went down and then a few minutes after went down again on the same side... and a lot of sandy, mudy falls... they don't bent, just move, but as long as you get them back into position and tight the screws again, they will keep working as intended... they can suffer for a lot of abuse... I have painted mines like 4 or 5 times already.
@@MotorDanko nice, good to know, from my research these GIVI crashbars are the best option as a replacement of the stock bars. I like that they are lighter compared to other options + they have a better design allowing the bike to move forward on the ground a bit = lower impact force. The stock bars create a force-stop, digging in the ground = higher impact force. thank you for the reply
@sebastian.nechifor I was between this ones and the CrossPro, but CrossPro are from aluminum, I do not chose other models or brands like SRC or HEED for being too heavy, keep in mind this bike was 232.5kg and the point were I sold it, and stock is 248kg fully fueled.
@@MotorDanko yes aluminium would not be strong enough. I was also thinking at modifying the stock bars, to cut and remove the lower part that sticks out (that goes in the ground). In this way they might have a similar design as the givi ones. What do you think about that?
