The question I've asked myself for years is "Why do I like sirens, when loud, repetitive noises bother me"? Sirens have a certain musical value, if you can call a single or dual tone siren with a monotonous, non-variable pitch music. Yes, the pitch does rise and fall and the two tones compliment eachother well, but there is actual music to listen to.

@@masonbolts7339 eh, I think 1967. You could tell by the pole and how many times it has broke over the years. 4 between 2013 and 2020.

I'm planning on going there next Wednesday to record the siren. Does the FD have any issue with people there to record the siren?
