    Green Chili Small: 8, Cilantro (Hara Dhaniya) : 1 Bunch Chopped, Mint Fresh: 30 mg Chopped
    Already GROUND SPICES
    Salt: 5 Tbsp, Red Chili Powder: 3 Tbsp, Kashmiri Chili Powder: 3 Tbsp, Turmeric) Powder: 1 Tbsp

    A sincere effort to preserve an art that is slowly being lost. Restaurants all around the world are taking curry, mixing it with basmatic rice and adding some ready made fried brown onions and calling it biryani. Cooking Biryani is an art. Every region has its speciality. Sir you have shared multiple biryani recipes all sticking to the traditional ingredients and methods. Brother, it is because of effort of people like you these delicious recipes will carry on to the next generation. I have been watching your videos for last 6 years Sir and I am a huge fan. I use to live in Delhi and use to regularly go to Jama Masjid to eat. After moving to north america, my only way to recreate jama masjid was watching your videos. Make dua for your long life and good health! My sincere thanks for the great work you do sir!

      Masalah Wali Biryani sirf 2 Jagah hi bohat pasand ki jaati hay
      First is Karachi Pakistan
      Second is Hyderabad India
      All other biryanis are Pulao Biryani

    I just thought of trying a different Biriyani recipe and came across this video on Degi Biriyani.I initially thought of finding another recipe for the same as there are no subtitles in this video. But later on followed this recipe itself as the other videos on Degi Biriyani was not as satisfying as this.
    The flavour of this Biriyani is a lot different from the other Biriyani recipes I tried before.
    It is cool😊

      If you live in Chicago than in around 1979-80 A haidrabadi Reastaurant opened... who were originally from Haydrabad (India) … had cooked Biryan Same way. Also
      if you want than look on Utube Nawab Mehboob Alam from Haydrabad method and second from Fakhruddin's Biryani from Dakka Bangladesh. Best Methods you will find.

    A basic tip : whenever you cook biryani , always cook an extra plate of biryani and send it to a labourer

    Bhai Saab, thank you so much for your incredibly detailed recipe. Although I can't speak Urdu I understand it perfectly well, having been born in Lucknow but raised in North America. This language cannot be perfectly translated into english, so thank you for instructing in urdu. I have made this recipe before, following your instructions, and it was flawless. I am trying to determine the approximate proportions to cook for 40 people. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards.

      My grandfather was from lukhnow. I don't know wether that areas still exist or not like alambagh and hazratganj. I wish if i ever had a chance I'll visit lukhnow and allahabad

      Dear nida I think you haven't experienced to cook a biryani? it takes 2 to 3 hrs if you cook proper biryani step by step.

      Hope you enjoy. Please make sure its a SPICY BIRYANI and does not match the Taste of NORTH INDIA. But South and Mumbai Taste is very close of that.
