I just thought of trying a different Biriyani recipe and came across this video on Degi Biriyani.I initially thought of finding another recipe for the same as there are no subtitles in this video. But later on followed this recipe itself as the other videos on Degi Biriyani was not as satisfying as this.
The flavour of this Biriyani is a lot different from the other Biriyani recipes I tried before.

If you live in Chicago than in around 1979-80 A haidrabadi Reastaurant opened... who were originally from Haydrabad (India) … had cooked Biryan Same way. Also
if you want than look on Utube Nawab Mehboob Alam from Haydrabad method and second from Fakhruddin's Biryani from Dakka Bangladesh. Best Methods you will find.
A basic tip : whenever you cook biryani , always cook an extra plate of biryani and send it to a labourer

This language cannot be perfectly translated into english, so thank you for instructing in urdu. I have made this recipe before, following your instructions, and it was flawless. My grandfather was from lukhnow. I don't know wether that areas still exist or not like alambagh and hazratganj. I wish if i ever had a chance I'll visit lukhnow and allahabad
