Hey Corey awesome video! we love the community here in south Plainfield. Since moving in with have quickly fell in love with the commercial area and how enjoyable the neighborhood is, extremely welcoming. Spring lake park never gets old! and not to mention the wonderful food. You should give Angelina's tavern try, they have great food. the Dunellen station is also worth a mention it is very close to the the city as well . South Plainfield is a hidden gem, thank you for helping us find our home!

Thanks for the comment @rocker1821! All school ratings are not created equal, SP has a very good reputation when it comes to schools. It may not be on par with the reputation of some of the surrounding districts, but most families have no hesitation with considering SP when it comes to the quality of schools. At the end of the day, the property taxes in SP are the lowest of any NYC suburb that I can think of.

I live here our school part of the property taxes is 56% and i often wonder what im paying for sometimes when i see the school ratings
