Its very very easy to advice or pass comments. Its a very bad mental state which makes the person to take this drastic step. No words to explain. I have come across two 9f my dear ones leaving. One so young and the other very old. So the dear ones need to see 8f a pwrson goes in depression. He or she has to be treated immediatly. No other option plus support of near and dear ones. They must stand with the depressed person plus treatment.

Downgrading for the entire family is not easy and it will result in too much stress among family members. People are literally becoming too optimistic. I have seen several examples where non working person and minor children are putting lot of pressure on working person of that house to spend on liabilities and consumption which are leading to divorce sucide seperation depression. They put pressure to spend entire income swipe credit card and also take personal loans to fulfill their desire. This instance are happening due to peer friends neighbours relative indirect pressure through their whatsapp facebook instagram post. Sorry to see such state of our society.

Its very very easy to advice or pass comments. Its a very bad mental state which makes the person to take this drastic step. No words to explain. I have come across two 9f my dear ones leaving. One so young and the other very old. So the dear ones need to see 8f a pwrson goes in depression. He or she has to be treated immediatly. No other option plus support of near and dear ones. They must stand with the depressed person plus treatment.
Why don't you get Ashish Kacholia, Phenomenal investor and no public interviews. I'm sure lot of people would be keen to listen to his story.

1) While trying to find new stocks to invest for long term, how important it is to check latest quaterly growth in profit vis a vis last year same quater profit?
2) Another question, Please suggest what should be a minimum threshhold of market capitalisation that one should keep under which one should not invest?
3) How to identify stocks before they are going to show earnings and sales growth? Are there any fundamental indicators?
4) Is it necessary to invest in market leaders only or can we also invest in No2 or No 3 player or No 4 player? because as per The Thoughful investor you suggested only invest in leaders

Thank you for always correctly educating us but Sir request you to emphasise more on not to sell the only house. People are forgetting that you are an expert and they are not. Downgrading for the entire family is not easy and it will result in too much stress among family members.
People are literally becoming too optimistic. Selling the house to invest in share market is liking selling your kidney to get rich. People should literally think about their family security first.
