I can actually relate very good to Mira. I like being by myself, staying at home and I don't have a girl friend.
What I think is interesting is that she has insecurities like anybody. But because she is pretty / attractive most people assume she has no flaws. Maybe that is why I like watching her videos. Watching a REAL person with REAL their flaws and strengths
i honestly had no idea she has some mental issues cause she seems so cool and relaxed. i think thats thanks to work she put into improving herself

Mira, look into getting a more breathable duvet and cover. Something woven and cool down your room. It could literally be that you sleep a-lot warmer since you train and build muscle. I had the same issue after a year or two of intense training and eating mostly a protein based diet. Had my doctor check everything, was all good, but now if I'm not stressed out and I still have night sweats, its usually cause I'm way to warm and my body cools itself faster with sweats thanks to working out more. A colder room (pop open a window in the winter) or a more breathable blanket helps a ton.

Being shy to take a pee is something I have as well.. I hate it so much. I remember being at a party in a club and having to pee, but every other guy had like some sort of meeting there, so I ended up being there for over half an hour, just to take a pee. I hated it so much and I felt embarrased.

I used to get night sweats when I was really dehydrated or was drinking too much. Try drinking more cold water throughout the day, see if it helps. And I’ve enjoyed watching a lot of your videos, you seem really genuine but the comments of your beauty and how gorgeous you look by your predominately male audience won’t ever really make you happy. I know you’ve mentioned struggling with that and for the past year or so only seeming to stray away from said happiness. Don’t rely on their validation or your social media presence. Lol you probably already know this so I’ll stop here. Work on being ok with yourself, looking forward to any future videos you put out! (Also does anyone know where her puffer jackets from oO it’s adorable)
