That was one of the best reactions from all 3 of you! Love Adam Rupp & his insane talent. He is the best out there in my opinion. He simulates the sounds of a drum perfectly. Many drummers have commented on how good he is. He sounds so realistic. His breath control must be crazy. I heard he makes the sounds both while inhaling & exhaling. This was a few years ago & hard to believe but he is even better now. Adam is the glue that holds Home Free together. He is their secret weapon which other a cappella groups can't match.
I dont want say i told you so , but i told you so!!!!! ive seen him live and he is better live,he always leaves you amased.great reaction .loved it!!!!
Since you saw Chris Rupp, his brother on stage as Tim was introducing the drum solo, that was recorded pre-2016 when Chris left and Adam Chance joined the group. Adam Rupp has only gotten better and has added to his routine. There are several newer "Live Drum Solo" videos available now that demonstrate his versatility. The whole group has only improved and their original songs are just master pieces. Love to watch you guys react and your facial expressions are great. Love it. Can't wait to see your next reaction.
Great reaction! IMO, this man's talent makes Home Free the best acapella group on youtube! Every group has fantastic singers, but no one else has an Adam Rupp.
The capability of excellence by each of the individuals in this group is off the charts awesome that allows them the flexibility to do so many types of vocalizations and to do it exceptionally well. I have not found a genre they are afraid to tackle whether individually or as a group they are amazing. Then top that off with their arrangements that augment the presentation to be "Home Free" owned. Adam Rupp is a phenom for sure, and is the difference maker for Home Free in so many ways. Percussion is extremely important for any vocal group to take them to the next level. ❣
HOLY S**T! I hadn't seen that before!!!! I knew he was amazing, but WOW! Thanks for sharing this! If it hadn't been for the very few, almost imperceptible breaths, I would have SWORN he had an invisible drum set!
One of the things I love most is his sense of rhythm, the way he moves. Even the worst cellphone videos of these performances (and there are many!) give you a sense of this.
He has mastered the art of circular breathing.. Its an actual breathing technique used my some singers and the first time I ever heard of circular breathing was when I heard Kenny G- famous saxophonist.. He can hold 1 note on the saxophone for a whole minute and some change without taking a breath.. Anyway.. I loved your reaction 😊❤
Guys Home Free is just a amazing group of guys amazing vocal percussion unmatched and four vocalness all with outstanding ranges and all put together by Adams brother Chris the original founder of Home Free. Great reaction guys
Adam is a unique talent. The second part of this reminds me of Mel Blanc but the combination of that with the drums and everything else is hard to compare. Loved your reaction.
The incomparable Adam Rupp--beatboxer and vocal percussionist extraordinaire!! Home Free's secret weapon❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️ I don't know that anyone has ever actually publicized Adam's range, but I sincerely believe his is the widest vocal range of all the Home Free fellas 💕
Great job with your reaction ladies l can see your All family and your beauty is for real .& you all now that's there's no drum kit in front of him what you witnessed and hearing was just from him just with his mouth blows your minds what talented people can do.
He is the last founding member and the glue that holds the "band" together. They are all gifted, but, his are like he actually swallowed a drum kit and synthesizer and a few other instruments all in one. Adam is known world-wide for his talent, and rightly so. I highly recommend "O Lord, My God". You even get to hear Adam sing in this one.
Adam’s amazing and the reason Home Free doesn’t need instruments! I don’t know how he breathes. They say its circular breathing, that he inhales and exhales while doing the sounds but goodness. I would pass out. He plays trumpet and learned drumming so he could mimic the motions. Such talent those boys have! Great reaction! 🥰
That one was the first Drum Solo video from 2015. Check out the newer ones from 2021-2022 and you'll see and hear how much his technique and his talent has improved.
I was in shock the first time I saw his drum solo. My jaw hit the floor. I still don’t really understand how he manages to breathe while doing that. I’ve even heard him explain how he does it but I still don’t get it. He’s amazing!
He does what’s called circular breathing, and he beatboxes on both the inhale and exhale. Now you’ve heard this, check out Adam’s beatboxing when they sing Ring of Fire featuring Avi Kaplan). Castanets in a country song!
Adam is so amazing and he always getting better 😊 I think you might like their new 2 originals written by Austin Playing With Fire Remember My Name They also have a new video releasing today of Sea Shanty Melody Live 😊
This drum solo is really good and a great introduction for reactors who don't know his talent. He has only gotten better in the last 8 years. Check out some of his more recent solos, too. I especially recommend the one from their 2022 Christmas performance labeled "Adam Rupp's Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
They often introduce Adam as either their "pulse & heartbeat" or a "freak of nature" - he's truly astonishing. For something else really mind-blowing, watch their video "9-5 beatboxing breakdown" or "Working for a Living". Great reactions ladies (but I'm not sure one of their latest "Playing with Fire" is age-appropriate for Lulu!)
If you like beatboxing you should check out Beatbox JCOP or Spencer X's water(yes that's the name😆). For Home Free videos: Folsom Proson Blues, Skull and Bones, Everybody Walkin this Land, Mayday, Do You Hear What I Hear, Ring of Fire, Man of Constant Sorrow, Fishin in the Dark/Down in the Boondocks, and Take Me Home Country Roads, are AMAZING! And that's the tip of the iceberg If you like Bass I'd recommended checking bass battles. They're most of the time between Tim Foust(home frees bass) Avi Kaplan (pentatonix's former bass) and Geoff Castaluchi(voiceplay's bass). This is just to name a few things within the genre
the sound quality isn't that great because they recorded it on a phone. Live is so much better. Also, when most beatboxers can perform for only a few minutes, he does 2 hour concerts, as well as the solo. And he has only gotten better over the years.
This is why we lovingly call Adam a "freak of nature". 🤣🍟 Great reaction ladies!!
He has practiced for over twenty years now. He just gets better all the time.
And he grows his hair long about every 3 years for wigs for children with cancer. These guys are such good people
Now THAT was a reaction!!! I so enjoyed the 3 generations reacting together! Proof that HF brings us all together. And, yeah, Adam Rupp is an ALIEN 👽!
Thank you

Loved the expressions on your faces. He is fabulous. Blew me away when I saw them in person.
Ladies, watch the live video for the Sea Shanty Medley they're releasing later today (15th September). Enjoy!
"Talent just seeping out of his pores!" I wholeheartedly agree!! 😉👍🤯
And this is from several years ago. He's only gotten better since then. I swear he breathes through his ears.
Adam is the secret glue that holds HF together. Without him, they would be an extremely talented barbershop quartet.
Love Your Reaction, Adam is Amazing
Adam is trained as a trumpet player. They learn circular breathing and I’m sure he uses that technique for his beatboxing.
I dont want say i told you so , but i told you so!!!!! ive seen him live and he is better live,he always leaves you amased.great reaction .loved it!!!!

Saw them in concert a couple years ago he has only gotten better. Adam majored in trumpet in college I’ve heard he makes sounds breathing in and out
Great reaction! IMO, this man's talent makes Home Free the best acapella group on youtube! Every group has fantastic singers, but no one else has an Adam Rupp.
unbeliavable

I think I read in another comment, that Tim said he had the widest range-sure wish we could hear more of it 😊
Kathy watching your facial expressions made my day
Donna's enthusiasm is so cute!

He's even better now. React to one of his latest solos. He uses a looper to add new levels to his beatboxing.

Adam was the kid in the back of the classroom that kept everyone entertained....everyone but the teacher!
Lol

My favorite comment on the Ruppster is "his beatboxing may seem impressive, but apparently it's considered quite normal...ON HIS HOME PLANET."
RUPP IS A BEAST

'drop the bass' - oh yeah!!
Your reactions were so fun😊
Glad you enjoyed!
Yalls reaction was heat warming! Three generations right there on camera? Now way! Y'all look too young and pretty and that Irish RED! I'm in love
😊 thank you
He learned how to Beabox during College to do this. You ladies ought to go see them live. He’s absolutely brilliant
+ he even taught his daughter to beatbox
There is a guy named Steve Moore who's nickname is The Mad Drummer. Best routine he does is Solo at Woodstick 2010.
I was in shock the first time I saw his drum solo. My jaw hit the floor. I still don’t really understand how he manages to breathe while doing that. I’ve even heard him explain how he does it but I still don’t get it. He’s amazing!
What is something, He does this every show. Along with all the songs.
There are a lot more "Adam Rupp solo videos," so don't be shy checking out another one at any time. Great reaction ladies.
God bless her 😂. From her experience it's hard to multitask while ur talking 😂😂😂😂😂😂.
Lol, you're so cute! I've been lucky enough to see them and Rupp is still amazing me with his freakish talent. 😅 I really love this group!
Thanks

He apparently has learned how to breathe through his eyeballs, I don't know how else he can possibly go that long within breaths.
This is my fave because it's without loopers, etc❤❤
Wow! What reactions!! Keep it up, Ladies! Thanks
Thank you! Will do!
DJ at the club is out sick.
Adam’s friends: I know a guy…
Adam is so amazing and he always getting better 😊

See this is what happens when you don’t by a kid a set of drums and so he realize he’s got a talent.

We will add them to our list. Thanks for giving us a heads up on that song.
I would love to know how somebody discovers that you have the skills to be a beat boxer. It's incredible to me.
This is an old one there are more recent ones out there. He has gotten better with time. ❤❤❤
Give "Man of Constant Sorrow" a watch. Then take the deep dive down the Home Free rabbit hole.
