This video reminds me of how I want something like the Bootlegger/wee booties to exist for Heavy to pair with the Buffalo Steak sandvitch. An equipment primary that gives him some speed, possibly HP, and allows him to really lean into the Fistfighter combat style.
@@steppenwolf3206 I mean, yeah, you could use one of the heavy's shotguns instead of the buffalo sandvitch. Might be a strange choice but you'd be able to make it work, I think.
@@kamez1049 one of my main worries is that it would either totally overshadow or just enhance the Gloves of Running too much, since the speed-ups would likely stack.
I kind of wish the BSS and the warriors spirit's damage taken increase didn't stack. like, the upsides are pretty good but being limited to melee AND taking 50% more damage (effectively losing half your hp) just ends up being to much of a downside. you may as well go demoknight with the axe and then you not only have more effective HP and a smaller hitbox but you have the shield for charges and damage resistance.

Mostly because the image of some fat man running down your entire team and punching them to death, and having it be somewhat viable is just hilarious to me. Like, it could change its stats to this. No random critical hits +30% damage to wearer when active Mini-crits become crits (So it actually can pair well with the Steak) -50 Maximum Health on wearer. Gives increased speed and health with each head taken Can steal heads of enemy demoknights and vice-versa upon kill.

The warrior’s spirit works better with the bar since it already does enough damage and it offsets the health penalty rather than increasing it. And basically every kill in the video is random crits anyways and when the effect isn’t active
What if you did scout with the cleaver and the sandman, and you are only allowed to snipe people with projectiles. The cosmetics could be the graybanns style 3, the well rounded rifleman, and the jungle jersey painted brown.

Rebalance idea for the Bear Claws. Keep the increased damage, but give it a similar penalty as the Back Scratcher. The Scratcher has a reduction in medigun heals, what if either that, or you get no overheal.

Can you really call it an FPS? Shooting Mechanics are entirely based on stats. Not really "Aim".

The bar works well with the spirit for that reason. Not dying is way better than faster speed with even less health

I love using this loadout, tho I believe that you get an extra 20% damage taken with the steak, so 50% damage taken for 16 seconds
acktchyually, it's 56%, 'cause the vulnerability is multiplicative
Just use the Fists of Steel instead of the spirit, at least then you'd be able to take reasonable damage before dying.
