That tag at the end of Seven Brides shows that it was copied from a pre-recorded tape, as was of course the workout thing. I copied rental tapes a lot back in the 80s, but I always left in all the black space at the beginning and end.

Also thinking now they may have put this after the movie as there was just an hour or so left at the end of the tape, not enough for another movie. I occasionally rented odd stuff to fill out that time, of course TV shows would’ve been better.
