G'day Scott. Yep 'Dang' that looks delicious.
I reckon you could've gotten away without the cut, but I do see your point.
Great news buddy! I've purchased a new Ninja Foodi Smart Lid, pick it up Friday 31/3. My ninja foodi multi cooker died. Pot sensor failure. I've had it just shy of 3 years and used it around 2500+ times. Good job it was under a 24 month extended warranty, as it died a month and 2 weeks before the warranties expiration. So I got a refund and that went towards the Smart Lid.
    Pretty cool hey 👍😀
Thanks for the pork loin demo today. That's one I'll try for sure.
    Cheers Scott 😀🤤

I cook a pork loin probably twice a month, so good! Have you ever tried to filet your loin and add some seasoning inside? I put a few garlic cloves in mine and toothpicks to hold it together while cooking...to keep the vampires away. Enjoy your vids, keep on Scott cooking!

Wow. 180 is way over the USDA recommendation (145?). Anyway, looks good. I prefer a little pink, but that's just me...

Hi Scott. New to the Speedi and enjoying your vids. How do you reckon the pork loin would turn out in the speedi? The same I'd guess.

Hey Scott how come nobody does the baby back ribs with the steam and crisp? I don't see anybody using the steam and crisp on any ribs

Hey, Scott, I must be doing something wrong. Because every time I do this steam and crisp like chicken. The chicken turns out really good but I just can't get it crispy with the steam. Ing crisp. I end up having to finish it with just the air frying without the water. Because it just doesn't crisp up. I don't know how everything you make comes out crispy and everything I make doesn't.
