    Plainly believing in UA-cam shorts should be avoided as it could result in a stroke. It should kick start from base training all the way to performance. Note: jumping jacks are a form of ballistic training which should be performed only when the body is conditioned. Push ups also need perfect spine mobility and core strength to avoid shoulder impingement and dysfunctional movements/injury. A basic walk should be good and gradually increasing pace over a period of time. Below VT1.
