Correction:
The random tick range is an 8 chunk radius cylinder where for example crops grow or grass spreads. Whether entities or redstone gets ticked depends on the server render distance.

I also use Appleskin which allows you to see how much hunger and saturation food will give, as well as see what your saturation is. Very, Very useful I think

Also, sodium (and friends) are good for fps, and i use them even with my insane pc cause that little bit of processing power counts, also shaders are cool sometimes, if you find good ones.
Appleskin is a must have for survival, it doesnt do much, but it does it well enough that its always the first mod i get when i make a new instance.
Logical zoom, zoomify, okzoomer, or whatever you prefer, a zoom mod is a must have. My current one is logical zoom because my previous one moved off of fabric to quilt, which is annoying because that one had a ton of features i liked that i cant find on anything alse at the moment, but whatever, zoom is zoom is good.
And boosted brightness, it lets you set your brightness levels to numbers higher and lower than base minecraft without digging through files, going as low as torches barely emitting light and going as high as fullbright, and everywhere inbetween. Caves too dark? Turn brightness up to 1,200. Daytime to bright? Turn it down do low you cant see the sun. Its the perfect lighting mod, not sure if it works with phosphor though, i dont see why it wouldnt but its something to look out for

for those of you who are wondering why the adjacent block placement isn't working you have to have the carpet mod for it to work and you need CarpetAccuratePlacementProtocol toggled on
I have to place a lot of dirt in my hardcore world so tweakaroo is going to be very helpful

You have to set the "particles" setting in the video settings to the lowest setting (something like minimal).

if you have a good amount of vram, high disc space and NVIDIA GPU dated 2018 to present then you can use sodium + bobby + nvidium and i can do 69 chunks with over 420 fps

Sodium+Iris is better than Optifine. There's no reason to use Optifine anymore
@Wildez Question when i wanna use the replay mod i can only edit 1 clip for a max of 30 min, can i make it long so i can edit the replay longer or does i just stop the replay and then start a new one?

some of the stuff from tweakeroo is def cheaty like freecam but if you're getting everything yourself and not abusing that then id say its fine.
freecam is 8, block placement is 6
litematica 0 its just a good tool to use, some of these mods are performance enhancing so 0, carpet mod it depends on what you turn on or off

*-I cant for the life of me figure out how to stair up and down like that with tweakaroo , I've done the same hotkeys? what ones are you holding down all of them or just using the offset / fast placement... im so confused I hold down placement and it does not build anymore so I spam click and it just places it a block above instead of in front-* *-EDIT: Fast Placement is not working for some reason will update if I fix it-* X2EDIT: I personally fixed it by setting "tweakPlacementGrid" to false in the "tweaks" tab , hope this helped
