You don’t need to write a specific topic but mention the details about your interest in a particular field and how will that ink to your previous education and future plans. You can talk general about the importance of what your field is.
Absolutely. You need to show your passion for art and the need of its impact in a person's life. Including that, the art comes with history and research on it. So your field can very much stand strong!
