Technique of Spooling line on a Reel

Here’s a technique of spooling line on a reel.
This will work for all types of line, braid, mono, floro carbon, copolymer, etc. it works well.
I use tape I don’t use a knot because when I want to take the line off the spool I don’t want to nick the spool with any type of scissors or knife or anything like that so I just use tape to make it easy to put on and easy to take off. It’s a technique.
I may get some criticism, but it’s a technique I’ve used for years and it’s been just fine moving forward and if I ever have a fish that takes my 220 yards of line off of that spool it can run with it and the line will come right off the spool easily and not cause any problems.
