- I'm sorry I did not put the headlines. It is important to repair the cold link on the TLE chip and the second side of the pcb and add cooler. When installing displays, beware of proper rotation and good PCB contact. That's why I plugged the dashboard on the desk. The final step was to test instruments with VAG-COM to test correct needles adjustment. Speed needle is a little ahead. But just about 5km / h. It is well.

Once dismantled, just power the dash before putting it all together.
1. Mark the pins at "zero"
2. Adjust the position of the pin with a precision plier to match the assembling position
3. Assemble needles and pin each one to it's corresponding "zero"

Hello, I have the same problem with my 1999 Seat Toledo, would it be fixed in the same way?
And if u get immo light error you must check anttena coil plug remove it and push the two pins to down

Pouze přepájet, měnit není potřeba.
Chci se zeptat když to budu dávat zpet do auta budu to muset nějak udělat přes VAG? Jako třeba zadat PIN nebo něco ?

Ahoj, budu u superba 2. Generace měnit ledky a až to budu skládat tak mám strach aby ručičky neukazovali blbě. Myslíš ze bude fungovat ta tvoje metoda u supa? Tak ze rucicku otočím dozadu, dokavaď to nezačne cvakat a pak zpět na nulu. Nemám diagnostiku tak si to potom nezkalibruju tak jestli radci investovat nemalé peníze za servis nebo si to udělám sám za par korun
Můžeš si vyfotit předem přesné pozice u ukazatelů. Pokud to potom složíš tak, jak máš nafoceno, odchylka bude minimální. Samozřejmě je lepší použít diagnostiku.

If you replace the instrument panel with another one, you can copy the EEPROM and have a 1: 1 clone. You can do it with a KKL cable for 10 Euro or solder to replace the memory from old to new. Or make customization using VAG-COM. You need to know the PIN code and re-customize all the keys. But you can't change the Km using VAG-COM.

Yes, it's overheating. It's a manufacturing problem. Skoda Octavia 1997- circa 2000.

Naprawiłem swoje zegary w polifcie na obiadowym stole, bez głośników, nie były potrzebne. Wszystko jest pokazane.
You have installed your pointers wrong way, you have to turn all of them clockwise until they reach the end of their path, so they can't be turned more clockwisely. Then, after turning your key into first position, they will find their zero position correctly and you don't have to keep trying to set them on your own, which is less accurate. We can see this at the end of the video as they are attempting to find the zero position.
Zapomel ukazat to hlavni. Ten stabilizator vyhreje obvody, ale uplne nekde jinde. To zakladni Vam nikdo prsve neukaze, kde je problem a dostavi se pozdeji
Díky za komentář, každopádně žádné další "obvody" to nevyhřívá, za pět let se mi vrátila na reklamaci pouze jedna přístrojová deska.
