Really cool diorama, if i had one nitpick its that the mamgrove species with the upright pointy roots are usually the ones that are less adapted to immersion. So in the areas that get regularly flooded you have the sprawling mangroves with aerial roots, as you have here, and behind them where the water only regularly floods to a depth of half a foot or so you get things with the pointed roots. Again, awesome project, and if you ever wanted to do a mangrove swamp theme again mangrove ferns and mangrove palms would add a real lush tropical look. If you wanted to do a Cretaceous mangrove swamp mangrove ferns would be appropriate, as well as ginkgos and tree ferns that seemingly had sprawling roots.
You always inspire me as an artist who has lost their mojo over time. But seeing you create pieces like this sparks the creativity in me once again. Thank you for your wonderful videos! 💚
I would love to see you take on something very dynamic - like a predator/prey hunt or a couple of competing mating males. Unsure if the models exist for such a thing!
Great to see a new episode! Your channel has inspired me (and my modest work) greatly and i happily put your tips and tricks to use. I have a Middle-Earth diorama in the making that i will post on my channel soon! Keep up the good work.
I love your videos man. I make terrain for d&d but now I want to also make dioramas. I have one planned for my dad. He served in Vietnam as a crew member in a 113 APC. I'm gonna have him, his fellow crew the APC in a scene with them just enjoying a quiet moment in between firefights.
As always incredible work and really good to see a new video pop up sir. When life allows I definitely want to have a go and grab some bits from diorama precipe, feeling inspired and my nephew is a Dino nut he would love something like this for Christmas.
@@Paepercuts I just wanted to say I hope everything is alright for you and yours and I’m looking forward to seeing your next project. Your absence has been noticed and yeah just hope everything is ok sir, all the best. Kris….
tho i do like that spino model this diorama with the PNSO spinosaurus....would look so epic if the base was combined within a large diorama like this mud banks with the sawfish on it....just wow maybe giving myself diorama idea😌
Plz plz for the love of god make a predator jungle/broken temple diorama for 7inch Neca figures 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Your work is amazing and this would look epic 🙌🙌🙌🙌
I love it! The attention to detail and the incorporation of plants in different stages of life just adds to the realism. Who is the maker of the Spinosaurus?
Hi there. Well you can always try, but the reason I use this thicker/ stronger board is because this doesn't warp that much. Cardboard or MDF board tends to warp/ curve when it gets wet with paint/ glue. Good luck and have fun!
Dank je! Ja dat heb je goed gezien haha. Ik was het wel van plan maar om de bomen enigzins op schaal te maken werden het bezemstelen. Bedankt voor het kijken!
Hi, I really like your work, and inspired me & my daughter to start a Dino playground (diorama). I'm trying to find a good foam base, but actually the one I found melts and gets sticky (maybe wrong one). Do you now where can I a good reference to start building the base? Or do you have the exact reference of the one you use. Many thanks and really amazing work
Hi there and thanks! The foam I use is dense XPS foam, I buy it at an art & craft-store ( Netherlands ) It's sturdy and you can sand it nicely. I use it in most of my diorama videos. Good luck and have fun with the dio!
@@Paepercuts hi, thanks a lot... Actually I found that the foam it's called polystyrene extrudé in France, and you can find it in DIY/craft stores. Hope we'll get similar results.. Thanks for you answer 😊
Geweldig!
Great work as always! :) Have you tried doing a repaint of the Nanmu T-Rex? There's a paintless version of it that they offer. It's just waiting for a decent paint job by someone like you :D
Funny to say "Jurassic Mangrove Swamp" when its been known that Spinosaurus thrived from Late-Mid to Late Cretaceous, but still a impressive diorama, should do one with a more paleo-accurate Spinosaurus which was in fact quadrapedal
I'm 2 years late to this but spinosaurus was in fact NOT a quadruped and was in fact able to stand on its two feet also I don't know if you realized this but your comment can come off as condescending
That's legit one of the best dioramas ive seen, I don't see alot of jp3 dioramas and this one is perfect! Your attention to detail is inspiring
Even without the Spinosaurus this is an awesome piece. The attention to detail is incredible.
True but it does look better with spino
Its so nice to see you back again my friend :) greetz from germany
The water reeds and mangroves look beutiful and I love the colours of the spino!
It's alaways nice to see you upload new videos!
best dinosaur diorama i have ever seen easy i also love jp3 spinosarus which is why i like more than all of the other dino dioramas
Thumbs up if you want to see Paepercuts and BCR Luke Towan do a colab diorama!
The mad detail of the mad terrain artist. Simply no match. Du bist toll.
Just amazing I just love your work

Amazing both Dino and diorama!!!
That cork texture is really nice. I love how chill and relaxing your videos are.
Thank you great to hear that!
A Paepercuts fix is what we needed! Fantastic!
Awesome diorama with a very realistic looking scenery.. Nicly done.

What a wonderfully painted spinosaurus.

Oh my God you are awesome! Wow just wow!!!!

Your Pegasus Hobby Spino needs such a diorama too.
Another fantastic diorama can’t wait to see the next one!

Your dioramas are always so great!
I so wish the jurassic park model was how it actually looked like. JP3 spino was so menacing and cool.
Your channel is great, inspiring ... I want to achieve something similar to your great work, hugs from Argentina
Phenomenal work.

@@Paepercuts thanks for the reply!
are you going to add more vids in the future really looking forward to them
Yes for sure and nice to hear that! I hope to be back soon, just not finding the time with work recently. Cheers.
Great job. Only thing I would change is them little pokey things sticking up they look to uniform reminds me of doll hair
In the thumbnail for like 10 seconds i didn't even know that it was a diorama until i read the title
TUS MAQUETAS ESTAN CHIDAS😊👍🦕🦖🌲🌳🌴🍀☘️
As always top work !
Thank you!
I don’t know why but the Jurassic park spino looks more realistic than the scientificly accurate one😮😮😮
Incredible work!
Thank you glad you liked it!
С Новым Годом вас
Very nice, very nice, as usually.😁👍👏👏👏👋
Thank you glad you liked it!
nice!
Mooi realistisch gedaan 😊
This is incredible work!! Are you displaying at home or somewhere else?
Yes i got most of it at home in cabinets, running out of space soon though ;) Cheers
@@Paepercuts It looks museum quality to me!
I want to make a beaver habitat for scouting. Can I use cardboard as a base instead of plywood or multiplex to stick foam on.

What model of blowtorch do you use?
I always wander how you make it look so easy to make the trees, I've tried but it is so hard😅🙂

The dust?

It’s a cool diorama but…..where did you get the spinosaurus model?.
it takes to make a diorama of the battle scene of t rex vs spinosaurus?
Where do you get your high density foam? I'm looking for it but get a lot of different results with no idea what's right.
This video is better than that shitty Jurassic World movie.
Where did you find the spinosaurus model
Real !!
how much will you give for that
😳

If you like this chanel i recomend kaiakassaurus
Sadly the body shape of this Spinosaurus is outdated, furthermore it lived in the Late Cretaceous.
You dutch right
Spino be inaccurate, tho diorama be beautiful
Thanks Dr. Grant!
That’s not a very accurate spinosaurus but it is a nice looking spinosaurus
Fun fact the spinosaurus didn’t look like that that jp3 design but not the coler
