Loved this video Matt! Regent Street...one day!
I've been waiting for this!
More of this!!
Looks like such a fun climb
Good on the 1234! More crack please!
very impressive. looking forward to climb my first crack! Good job Matt;)
Nice job Matt !
4:18, he's connected by a singe cross loaded locker... 😬
one question: why using a karabiner to connect Matt to the ropes and not direct with 2 knods (so it would be safer)??
I think it's because he's using the midpoint of the rope, no ends to tie. Could have tied in with that bight, but it could be sloppy.
Do i recognize the voice of the cameraman aka Johan Kervella from the french version of Epic TV "Relais Vertical" ?
Yann Midol indeed! 😁
@@dailyclimbing love it! Your videos are great guys 👍🏼
So Tom forgot his belay device then? Belaying on an Italian hitch I see. No wonder the ropes are so twisted lol
nah, Regent Street's W1B, not E2
god dammit, i googled that with great confusion.
if matt fell tom's leg would hurt by the cordellete biting into his leg... I dont understand this british belay technique, can someone explain?
1. Its not a cordallette, its an anchor made from the lead ropes (double) and 2. His leg won't be hurt, maybe a touch of pressure that's all.
I've come to second Tom and "he didn't give me a nutkey"! Jeez, Groom don't you do gear reviews etc?
