Love it!! I currently have a minivan set up as The Lunch Lounge. Couch/bed, shelf for whatever i need to store and open up the back to a homemade shelving unit that holds my food, cookware, dishes and stove. On top I have a large bowl held in place with museum adhesive strips and a usb faucet. The faucet connects to a 2 gallon water supply. I use the bowl as a basin to catch the water from washing my hands or dishes, then i just empty it out (safely of course! I use bio soap or no soap.) No wastewater drain needed.
Your setup sounds amazing. I’m envisioning it, seems very well thought out and efficient!! Thanks for sharing your setup. I’m going to have to jot down your comments in my notes so I can implement if/when I get a van. ❤️
Howdy, neighbor, lovely little tour of your set up and I especially love your little van keychain. I would love to have one of those empty cargo vans and have it customized. But for now, I’ll settle for my little minivan 😂 baby steps, right?
Thanks so much! 😁 Same here, I’m keeping my eyes open for a good deal on a cargo van. Opens up all kinds of possibilities! Exactly, baby steps. In the meantime, we can enjoy decent gas mileage. Lol. 😂
Great video Dee! I like your set up. I laughed cuz I have the same bag I use for my coffee stuff but mine is a red color! East coast west coast- with the same caffeine accessories bag! lol 😂. I like your set up n love that big new power box! I just can’t sleep with my feet tucked under. I went out and it just poured rain all night n into the next day. Uggh so I had a cancel lol
Thank you! Oh no, I’m sorry your plans got rained on. That always sucks! Lmbo about the coffee bag. 😂 We coffee people don’t play games! It’s so funny we have the same bag thousands of miles away. Lol. Great minds! Lol. Last night I had to sleep with my head at the “kitchen” cabinet because of a slope so I ended up just moving the drivers seat forward a bit and that worked better. Usually I end up curled up like a baby anyway. Lol. 😂
I love your power set up! I poked around your playlist a little bit but I didn't see a video that addresses exactly what you've done (sorry if I missed it). I used to know this stuff, but I have forgotten LOL If you haven't already could you do a video talking about the new battery and what kind of inverter can be hooked up to it? Or battery / inverter combination information in general? How do you charge your new battery when it needs it? Can any of your portable power stations charge it? I want to put an extra battery in my vehicle but I'm not sure I will be able to plug it in anywhere and it's certainly going to be too heavy for me to carry in and out of my home. I was also curious about your charger. Because of the location where you're keeping it I'm assuming it might be the type that plugs into the AC outlet at the back of the console? How do we know what kind of inverter or charger is safe to use in one of those? Next to the outlet mine says not to plug in a **device/appliance** that is more than 150 watts. But I was curious about using a suitable charger and what small devices can go into it. Thx!😊👍🏼
Absolutely! Thank you for that question! I did a video on the battery but I really didn’t go in depth with the whole power setup. I’ll definitely get an in-depth video out soon on the complete power setup. For now, I’m using the charger that plugs into an AC outlet to charge the battery. Long term plan is to connect a charge controller so I can use my solar panel to charge. Just haven’t gotten to that point yet, but eventually that’s the plan. 😁
@@DeezRoads Thanks! ❤️ Interesting, I know that people have also connected the second battery to the starter battery... Do you know if it's possible to charge an additional battery via the outlet on the console? Maybe I'm jumping ahead.... I'll wait for the video 😄
Thank you! It’s that Jataza car play screen with 2 cameras. Since I already have back up camera, I use it at night for a security camera and set it in the rear window or on the roof. 😁
Great question! I usually put my clothes in a zippered pillow cover. Sometimes I also bring a clothes bag and it gets thrown wherever there’s space. 🤪 Under a seat is nice if the bag is small enough.

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen that done so I think it’s possible. I just can’t remember the name of the wire/cord that should be used. 😁
Do you have the cabinet bolted to the frame? And those little child proof latches aren't going to stop the battery from popping out in an accident.
Ratchet strapped to the vehicle when driving, not bolted. Yeah, the child locks definitely won’t keep the battery from flying out!
Great job what's that back camera u use at night? My dash came w an interior camera also so I put it in the back. I like them one you have
