Ingredients
Sesame - 150gms/1cup
Jaggery (crushed) - 180gms/ 1¼ cups
Water a dash
Black cardamom seeds - 1tbsp
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Baking soda - ½ tsp
Ghee - 1tbsp

Paused this video just to praise the simple yet enjoyable manner of the chef. I can understand very little hindi but somehow the meaning is getting into my head.
