Sir जी, आपने अपने एक video में बताया है कि डायबिटीज में या तो पैन्क्रियाज़ sufficient मात्रा में insulin बना नहीं पाता है, या तो हमारा शरीर insulin का use नहीं कर पाता है। यह कैसे पता लगाएँगे कि शरीर में insulin सही मात्रा में बन रहा है या नहीं? क्या इसके लिए भी कोई जाँच है?

Sir, my mother is 64 yr old
Her RBS sugar is normal 91.13
Hb1ac is also normal 5.0
But fasting sugar is little bit high which 102.20 , while normal range is 70-100 ,
Is she having diabetes ??

No, but continue with besan cheela, fruits and vegetables, meat and dal. Avoid rice and Atta, maida, biscuits, namkeen.

I undesrtand some of these tests are a bit costly. Thats why we suggest to spread out the tests over a period of one year so that aapke upar ek saath financial burden nahin aaye.
